I am in Love ...

Yes I am in loooooove with whom might you ask.....MYSELF! A new found love that I am learning and embracing. Over the years I have fluctuated with my sizes from an itty bitty 4-6 to a voluptuous 22. Everything from being stressed, to over eating to not eating, to working out like crazy or being sick. As of now I am between a 12-14 and seeing myself in a new light.

What was the change or rather  what caused this new love? I would say, following some inspirational fellow fashion bloggers who love and flaunt their size, artist and new magazine ads that remind me and hopefully you that we are perfect the way we are. I have friends and family that love me and and my style and a boyfriend who adores the bod! Now mind you there is still work to be done for other ladies like myself and teens growing up. As I believe in a healthy lifestyle at any size, so fashion for all darlings!

Can you believe it Fall is almost here. Now don't get me wrong I am in no shape or form ready for Summer to end. I feel like summer is just beginning. However, some of the new fall lines are to die for. So lets welcome the crisp air, cute sweaters and fancy jackets for Fall 2014! HOLLA! To Start H&M has some uber cute new items coming out for the Fall--Peep out that jacket! Oh I have plans for her! Also Leather has been in for some time now but its nice to see it in a few different variations!
These items can all be purchased at your local H&M very soon!

My addiction

No not a real addiction, well..... ok I guess the first stage is denial. I am addicted to Poshmark! Hangs head not seriously, this is one of the greatest shopping sites you could have come across. Poshmark is a app you can use on either iPhone and now droid to list your items from your closet shoes, purses, jewelry, clothes you name it and most likely you can find the size and brand you are looking for. Some items are brand new and some are gently used. You can look up the little cheat sheet or use some of the basics I have for you, like NWT (New with tags) you can like any item (just like Facebook or instagram) and you can buy automatically.

The app will ask you to input your credit card information to make your purchases easier.  You can also create a closet to sell your items. You can get the money sent directly to your credit card or you can use it as Poshmark credit to buy your goodies. Some of your favorite fashionistas or fashion bloggers might have a closet on there, selling their goodies. Most items you can get at a steal and you can even negotiate a little. Shipping is between $2.99 and $4.99 but your items are guaranteed by Poshmark, if someone doesn't send your items, you are automatically credited back the money. The seller doesn't receive the money until you have received your item!

Lazy Summer Work Day

Sooo for summer time, we don't have as strict of a dress code at work, which means I can get a way with a little more (insert evil chuckle) seriously they still make you wear panty hose in the winter (and whoooo still calls them Panty hose, yuck) So today's outfit, is some fun skinnies from Old Navy, who knew their skinnies were this comfortable and can be thrown on in a minute. Mixed with a super sweet blazer blue blazer from Forever 21 and a recently purchased white tank top from H&M. The sandals are super flat, but fun from target, fairly simple with a little bit of gold jazz in the back.

Last but not least rocking a simple black bubble statement necklace from Poshmark. Do you know about Poshmark, are you on it, are you not addicted to it yet. Maybe I can start a support group.

Introducing Coco and Glitter

Well hello there! Thanks for stopping by my blog, my first fashion and home decor blog. Two things that I love, take that back, ADORE!  By day, I work in the Not-For Profit Sector for a National Non Profit and by night, I am a fashion hoarder, constantly checking out my fellow fashionistas and fashion bloggers,  reading your latest edition of Elle and Vogue and trying to put similar outfits together on a budget ( I mentioned I worked in the non profit sector right!! )

My degree is in .....wait for it...... Political Science, ( I know far left ------> right!) so no fashion and arts background here, but just a true love for fashion and home decor. No kids and not married, although I am the greatest fur baby momma eva! See Pic below of my lovelies.
